Faith & Finance: Stewardship, Planned Giving, and Fundraising in the Orthodox Parish

  • Overview: Led by Fr. Jim Kordaris, the course invites Orthodox Christian clergy and lay leaders worldwide to explore practical strategies for strengthening parish stewardship, planned giving, and major gift cultivation. Through interactive sessions facilitated by experienced clergy and fundraising experts, participants will learn to overcome common giving challenges, engage philanthropists effectively, and build sustainable financial foundations for their ministries.
  • Price: Course cost is $400.
  • Course Participants: Parish Priest, Metropolis staff, Stewardship Directors, Non-Profit Organization Leadership. 
  • Certification: Earn digital credentials for completing continuing education courses at HCHC. Showcase your expertise in a specific focus area related to parish leadership, administration, evangelism, counseling, and more. Take a single course for a micro-credential or stack multiple courses within a track to achieve a higher-level certification.

    This course is offered within the Parish Leadership & Administration Track. Additional Continuing Education courses will be announced, all of which aim to build essential parish and organizational leadership skills.
