The Boston Area

Within a half-hour’s drive of campus are a wealth of museums, restaurants, music conservatories, ice rinks, river walks, high-tech startups, and hiking trails – and a student population in excess of 150,000 young people, all creating together a vibrant cultural scene.

The City of Boston

Long known as the Athens of America, having played a leading role in the intellectual, political, and scientific life of European America since the 1600s, today Boston shines even brighter as an internationally famous center of higher education and learning.

On the Emerald Necklace

Hellenic College has a fantastic campus located on Boston’s Emerald Necklace, which was designed by one of the most famous landscape architects of the nineteenth century, the profoundly talented Frederick Law Olmsted. In fact, during his Boston years, he lived just a ten-minute walk from our campus.

Boston in the Classroom

Four core courses integrate visits to cultural sites in the city of Boston.

Courses at Area Colleges

Expand horizons by taking courses at Regis College and Boston College.
